It's snowing cotton balls

As Holden and I went to pick Leila up from school today, the weather was crazy. In 15 minutes time, it rained, sleeted and snowed. By the time I got home and looked out the window it was snowing cotton balls. I've never seen anything like it. Luckily Preston, my dog, needed to go outside. He being scared of the snow, rain, wind etc needed my company outside. So, I got to feel the cotton ball snow. Cool!

Amazing....

I've lived in Texas all my life and the weather never ceases to amaze me! Sunday it was warm and windy and tonight (Monday) it's cold and snowing.






The snowflakes are huge and beautiful. I wish the kids were up to enjoy it!!

I love the smell of snow!

Leila's 5th Birthday Party!

Leila's Party was at My Gym. She loves this place and decided a couple of months ago that this is where she wanted her party. She likes My little Pony, so her cake was My Little Pony and her invitations were pink ponies.

She has a blast at the party which is what matters most!!
